Directora del IIF-SADAF-CONICET. Profesora Titular regular de “Metafísica” del Departamento de Filosofía, Universidad de Buenos Aires. Directora del programa de actualización de posgrado "Inteligencia artificial desde una perspectiva humanística" (UBA). Especialista en metafísica de la mente y filosofía de la psicología, con competencia en filosofía del lenguaje y filosofía del arte. Publicó los libros La mente como eslabón causal (1999) y Sentir, desear, creer. Una aproximación filosófica a los conceptos psicológicos (2013), y (en co-autoría con A. Gomila) Social Cognition and the Second Person in Human Interaction (2022), siete compilaciones y numerosos artículos sobre temas de filosofía de la mente, metafísica y filosofía del arte en revistas especializadas del país y del extranjero. Presentó numerosos trabajos y conferencias en el país y en el exterior (Alemania, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, EE.UU., Francia, España, México, Perú y Uruguay). Fue galardonada con el Premio Houssay 2003 y el Diploma al Mérito Konex (2006). Dirigió y continúa dirigiendo numerosos proyectos de investigación financiados por diversas instituciones (CONICET, UBA, ANPCyT, entre otras).

Director of the IIF-SADAF-CONICET. Professor (Full- Tenure) of Metaphysics at the Philosophy Department. Director of the graduate program "AI from an Humanistic Perspective", University of Buenos Aires. My main areas of research are metaphysics of the mind, philosophy of cognitive sciences and philosophy of art. I published three books: La mente como eslabón causal (1999) and Sentir, desear, creer (2013), Social Cognition and the Second Person in Human Interaction (with A. Gomila, 2022), and also edited seven books. I published numerous papers on philosophy of mind, metaphysics, and philosophy of art. I gave talks and participated in conferences in Germany, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, USA, France, Spain, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay. I was awarded with the 2003 Houssay Prize and the Diploma Konex (2006).
