Leandro Javier Cherñavsky holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA) and is a doctoral fellow (CONICET). His doctoral research focuses on the philosophy of literature. Specifically, he explores the reader's perspective in relation to the interpretation and search for truth and meaning in fictional literary works. His primary interests lie in the reader's interpretive mechanisms and the establishment of a work's fictional content, examining the author's role in this process. He is a member of two research groups based at IIF-SADAF: the TALK group, which specializes in the intersection of linguistics and philosophy of language, and a subgroup within it specifically dedicated to the study of fiction as a philosophical problem.
