Mariela Rubin graduated from Linguistics (UBA) and is currently doing a Ph.D. in logic and philosophy of logic (UBA) thanks to a CONICET scholarship for Ph.D. students. She is working on the problem of logical constants both from a model-theoretic perspective and a proof-theoretic point of view. In particular, she is researching on inferentialist solutions to the question of what is a logical term as well as the relation between inferentialism and probability logics. She published  “Against a Metaphysical Understanding of Rejection” (2018) with Ariel Roffé in Principia: An International Journal of Epistemology and “Constantes lógicas y la armonía de las reglas de inferencia” (2017) in the Revista de Humanidades de Valparaíso.
